We’ve honed our design, uv printing, engraving and embossing skills over 27 years. We have purchased machines that cost thousands of dollars and give us the highest quality printing results. We are so skilled at what we do, we are the leaders in our field and teach others (even some of our competitors) how to use their machines. Now that’s saying something! Plus, we do all this with great care and excellent service. We’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as people as far as Japan, Lisbon and England or as close as our next door neighbor.
We will personalize almost any item you bring or send us! No order is too small. Bought it somewhere else? No problem! We can engrave, sublimate, print, custom paint, emboss, letter, burn and paint items from any store. Need us to find that special item for you? We can find almost anything you need through our partners and catalogs. We also offer bulk pricing.
Average turnaround for all services is 3 to 5 business days. There is a $85 rush fee for less than 48 hour or same day turnaround service. We have the right to refuse any item and do not work with one of a kind or heirloom items. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Appointments require a $30 Service Deposit which will be credited toward any service you choose to move forward with. Due to a high number of no-shows we have had to implement this Service Deposit to ensure customers are committed to engaging our services. Appointments are REQUIRED for drop-off. It is always helpful to email a picture of your item to desiree@inkwelldesigners.com before the meeting. This fee will be credited toward your service. However, if you no-show within 15 minutes before or after your appointment time, this fee will not be refunded.
Leather Monogramming, Tattooing, Debossing and Embossing
Traditional hot foil embossing is $80. Additional lines $20 per line. Small items include anything the size of or smaller than a sheet of 11 x 17 notebook paper and flat. NOTE: If you are having us emboss many items with a corporate logo, we require a sample item first before moving forward with the rest to ensure it will work in our machine. No exceptions.
Small item leather cold embossing on bibles, books, journals, wallets, etc. starts at $80 which includes no color, standard gold, rose gold or silver foil. (Not all leather items work with this method, especially if they are treated with oils. Please look at our traditional hot foil method for these items.)
Leather Tattooing and Design on items starts at $80 per item. Tattooing includes hand drawn designs, custom designs and monograms, calligraphy. These are all done by hand and require quite a bit of prep work and a steady hand. Very few people offer this service because of the risks involved. Desiree has over 8 years experience doing this type of work. We have a multitude of colors we can use. Every design is hand drawn. This method is perfect for hard to laser items such as leather hats, gloves, boots, shoes, etc.
Handbags, Luggage, Briefcases and Large Items
Large item like large handbags, messenger bags or duffle bags hot foiling starts at $95 and includes no color, standard gold, silver or rose gold foil for one short line which must fit in our machine. Shipping is additional and will be calculated per item. $25 per additional line.
Hand engraved script, handwriting, painting or artwork will incur an additional cost per item. Please call for details.
If you’re looking for corporate or event gifts in bulk, please contact us for pricing. Logo dies are $155 and are required for corporate logo embossing or debossing. We require a sample item to test first before moving forward with the rest of your items. No exceptions.
CO2 Laser Engraving and Fiber Laser Engraving
Laser engraving starts at $20 depending on the items including glass, metal, stainless steel, tumblers, wood and more. Logo set up is $45 unless it is already vectorized. We need your logo or artwork in black and white vector file (pdf, ai, eps) 300 dpi. If we create the artwork from scratch there is an additional $45 fee. Firearms and knives are quoted separately but also typically start at $75.
Wine and Liquor Bottle Hand Engraving
Flat hand engraving fee is $75 for up to 10 words. $5 per additional word. We offer large quantity discounts. Please contact us for details. We can also provide the wine and liquor for the local price of the bottle and a $75 handling fee in addition to the price of the bottle. Just let us know what brand and size you’re looking for.
Higher fees on any bottle larger than normal size (750 ml) and any bottle over $125 retail. Call for pricing. We can copy a signature or handwriting on to an item for an additional $55. We can’t ship alcohol due to state regulations. We can meet you at our office for pickup and delivery of these items.
Perfume Bottle Painting and/or Engraving
Flat engraving fee $70 per perfume or fragrance bottle includes up to 10 words plus gold, rose gold or silver coloring added to the words. Turn around 2 to 3 business days. You can also send us your bottle from any department store or online fragrance store.
Digitally Printed Artwork on Almost Anything and Signs
We can print on most surfaces with our UV Printer which is permanent and moisture proof. Add a little something extra to a wine, liquor or perfume bottle. Pricing starts at $35. Please call 833 465 9311 for printing quotes. Printing is based on size and intricacy of the design.
We can print on leather, wood, tumblers, acrylic, glass, metal, coroplast, leather and vinyl as well as golf balls, golf tees, baseballs, softballs and more.
Graphic Design/Logos/Typography and AI Artwork
Put our design skills to the test. We can create a logo, sign, card, labels and stickers for you from the ground up. We specialize in vintage design but can do almost anything including vectorizing your logos. Project based pricing.
Jewelry and Watch Engraving
Flat engraving fee is $55 for up to 5 words or a monogram. We can engrave gold, silver, stainless steel and titanium. We can copy someone’s handwriting or signature on to an item for an additional $35. Click here to order.
Baseball Glove and Sports Equipment Personalization
We use two methods. We can either burn (brand) or hand tattoo a name, phrase and/or number using any color you’d like including metallic gold and silver. You can choose any font and any color you want, even multiple colors. Our pricing starts at $75 for this method.

Anything outside of Atlanta will incur travel fees. (Dates will not be held without the full event fee paid in full and signed agreement.)
