Embossed Moleskine notebooks were the “must have swag” at the RSA Archer Conference in Nashville. We embossed leather notebooks with monograms at the conference in the Edgile booth. This was our third technology conference working with this client and we had a great time. We had lines between every session both days as word got around about the embossed notebooks.
Visitors to the Edgile booth loved the activation. Once word got out, the lines never slowed down or stopped. We embossed 300 Moleskine notebooks in a day and a half and even ran out the morning of the 2nd day.
One of the speakers, futurist David Houle, was very impressed. David came back to our booth just to do a video about his experience with our embossed Moleskine notebooks. He’s been to over 100 conferences on 6 continents and has never seen this type of cool swag before! He loved it as you can see in the video below.
This type of reaction is common when we emboss leather items or engrave at events. “People love the personalization of this high-quality swag because it makes them feel so special.” states Inkwell Designers℠ CEO, Desiree Colonna. “Seeing their name or initals in gold or silver foil gives booth visitors a feeling unlike no other swag out there can. It makes them feel as if they really do matter. Plus it gets people to stick around the booth long enough for the sales team to peak their interest in their company. It’s a win-win for everyone!”
This activation has been so successful for the Edgile team, we’ve literally become a serious part of their event marketing strategy. Edgile created branded clothing just for Inkwell and they have also hired us for many other events with more to come this year.
If you’re interested in having us emboss, engrave, paint or do calligraphy at your next event, please see more details on this page or call us directly at 833 465 9311. We’d love to bring this successful activation to life in your booth and help you create the most popular “must have item” at the event. We promise you’ll see long lines the entire time and have a nice, full database of emails at the end of the event.
