How long does it take to complete a project?
Engraving, embossing and monogramming work will take 3 to 4 business days to complete. Sometimes we can do same day, please ask if you need it in a hurry. (A $75 rush fee does apply for 24 hour turnaround or same day.)

Do you work with clients anywhere?
Absolutely! Thanks to the internet, we have clients in Egypt, Canada, Japan, Germany, England and more. International shipping is paid by the client.
Do you do events outside of Atlanta?
Yes, in one month alone we’ve traveled to New York City, Washington DC, Miami and Augusta, GA. We have also done shows in Lisbon, Portugal. Who knows where you’ll find us next!
Can you work with items we choose for events or bring to you?
Yes, that’s what makes our company different from all the rest. We are happy to work with items you bring us or choose from other companies for events. However, we do have an extensive catalog of products to help you choose the right gift every time.

Is there a rush fee if I need things done same day?
Yes, we do have a $75 rush fee if needed within 24 hours.
Do you require a deposit on projects and events?
Yes, full payment is required on all projects before we begin the work.
We will not hold any dates for events until an agreement is signed and full payment is made.
Can you add corporate logos and art to your engraving and embossing?
Logos and any line art can be engraved on any bottle or embossed on any glass, acrylic, leather, vinyl or wood item, but additional set-up and die creation charges apply. Call for details, pricing, and the estimated turnaround time. NOTE: If you want us to emboss leather, we require a sample of the item first before moving forward. No exceptions. We need to make sure our machine works with your item.
Do you accept any item?
We accept almost any item but there are exceptions. It is our discretion to turn down a project we feel won’t be successful. Please note that although most items can endure engraving and/or embossing, some may not depending on the construction, the style of leather, jewelry, wood or glass type or finish. In the event the Company determines that item cannot be engraved, embossed, debossed or monogrammed, item shall be returned to the customer and we retain the right to refuse service on items we are not comfortable working with. We do not accept antiques or one-of-a-kind items. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details and policies.
What if the item is damaged during the process?
We will do our best to replace it but there are no guarantees. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details and policies. We have over 250 five star reviews on Google and Facebook which means we’re successful most of the time and our clients love working with us, but there is always a risk. Unless we damage an item and render it fully unusable (which has never happened), there are NO refunds on our work as we both assume the risk when you come through our door.
