Our stamped leather event activation for Visa and Marriott Bonvoy Super Bowl party was the party of the night on the Friday night before the Super Bowl in Los Angeles. The event was held at Courtyard House in the middle of downtown L.A. What guests didn’t know is it was also a concert by the band “One Republic.” This was the second Super Bowl our company provided services for in our six years of service.
We were chosen, out of hundreds of event activation companies, to be flown to Los Angeles from Atlanta to provide our leather stamping event activation for 500 people invited to the exclusive and secret Visa/Marriott Bonvoy event. Our guests LOVED our luggage tag stamping so much, even when the band was playing our lines were long and we never stopped stamping leather the entire 4 hours we were there. We didn’t even take one break the entire time we were at the stamped leather event.
Guests loved to see their monogrammed initials embossed in gold foil on our round leather luggage tags. We had the tags stamped with the Visa/Marriott Bonvoy logo before the event. At the event we personalized the luggage tags by hand.
Our clients love watching us do our thing at our stamped leather event and gladly wait in line for their turn. Our CEO, Desiree Colonna, and her husband Joe worked the event all night long, smiling throughout even after the long transcontinental flight they just came from.
Our stamped leather event is always fun and fast. We can stamp one luggage tag within less than 2 minutes. We don’t require much space either. The space they did provide was beautiful and all lit up. We were the center of attention the entire night.
It was a beautiful night in Los Angeles with a clear sky, warm temperatures and the moon shining overhead. We were in the courtyard under the palm trees soaking in every minute and chatting with our guests as we worked.
